I have been working with Maureen for just about 2 months now and I must honestly say it FINALLY feels like I’ve found the right fit. I feel seen, heard and held.
In our weekly sessions Maureen shows up fully and in such a loving, compassionate, wise & authentic manner while still remaining professional and showing mountains of knowledge and life experience.
While there is still a lot of work to do, healing to occur and trauma to resolve, it is mind-blowing to me how things Maureen says, methods she uses or ways of which she reflects things back to me, can trigger big (and sometimes unexpected) ‘Aha-moments’. Maureen helped guide me through one of the most difficult times in my life with empathy, perspective and self awareness. A powerful realization for me during one of our sessions was to accept and live in the present moment rather than always worrying about the future. This overthinking caused me much anxiety and a weight lifted as soon as I lived more in the present.
She also taught me about forgiveness, self worth and how to better find myself again at my most vulnerable times.. My sessions have been extremely helpful and I continue to learn more about myself and ways to cope with relationship and past life challenges whenever we meet.
